Children and extra bed policy
Children ages 1 and older are allowed. Children 3 years old stay for AUD 10 per person per night when using an available cot. People 3 years old and over stay for AUD 40 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important Information
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that there is a 3% charge when guests pay with American Express/Diners Club credit cards. If guests expect to arrive outside front desk hours, they should inform Milano Serviced Apartments in advance, using the contact details found in the booking confirmation. Guests are requested to inform the property at least one day in advance of their estimated arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box during booking, or by contacting the property using the contact details found in the booking confirmation. Guests can request their preferred bed configuration in the Special Request Box at the time of booking or by contacting the hotel directly at least 24 hours in advance, using the contact details found in the booking confirmation. Please note that the bed configuration will be confirmed upon arrival, subject to availability.
